The purchase can be completed exclusively online. In our boutiques, customers may still proceed through the dedicated website. The initiative will be active from December 4 to 14, during which our team will assemble the bags with our signature care and discretion, making them available for pickup according to the selected method.

During the purchase process, customers must indicate their preferred sizes* in the order notes and, if desired, specify the boutique for in-store pickup.

*Size indications for knitwear, trousers, jackets, outerwear, and footwear.

If no pickup preference is provided, the Secret Bag will be shipped to the address indicated, following our standard delivery procedures. Should you fail to include the required information in the order notes, please notify our customer service team immediately at customercare@paultaylor.it.

• Boutique Pick-Up: available from December 24.
• Online Shipping: scheduled from December 22, excluding holidays and weekends.

Changes relating to the model, colour or type of item are not permitted, as the Secret Bag is designed as a unique composition that cannot be modified in its structure.

It is allowed to request a size change for the items received within the specified terms:

• Until January 24th* for size changes related to Secret Bags collected in boutique;
• Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package for size changes related to Secret Bags received via online shipping.

If the requested size for the exchange is not available, the company reserves the right to offer a replacement item of equivalent value.

*During the weekend and on the first weekend of sales, exchanges will be suspended.

For both online purchases and those collected in boutique, size exchanges may be carried out:

- by visiting one of our stores and presenting the order receipt included inside the package;
- or by sending the items to the logistics warehouse after notifying customer service at the following e-mail address: customercare@paultaylor.it.

In the case of shipping, the related return-shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Should you choose to make the exchange in boutique, we recommend contacting the selected store in advance to verify availability of the desired size and avoid unnecessary travel.
